SPINACH, STRAWBBERRY AND WALNUT SALAD



Do you open the fridge at least 100 times a day thinking food will appear there miraculously ? Don’t allow this to get you into eating unhealthy snacks.

First thing in the morning: Make a big delicious salad and place it in the fridge! I just pop in everything I have..

 

INGREDIENTS

♥  6 cups of spinach
♥  Cherry tomatoes in red and yellow
♥  Bell peppers (thinly sliced)
♥  Brie cheese
♥  2 cups of fresh Strawberries
♥  Avocado
♥  Garlic
♥  Olives
♥  Spring onions
♥  Diced red onions (Thinly sliced)
♥  1/2 cup of toasted walnuts

For salad, place all salad ingredients in a large serving bowl, toss with dressing just before serving.


Next time you open the fridge you can have a mouthful of salad, and then just pop it in again for later. If you still have more salad left by dinner time, then use it as a side dish or add some roasted chicken for a nice meal.
