JACKET POTATOES WITH SMOKED SALMON AND CRÈME FRAÎCHE

So today, I decided to try a new recipe from McCain Ready Baked Jackets and it was so good... I think im going to make it again tomorrow :)

Serves: 2
Preparation & cooking time: 10 minutes or less

Ingredients
2 McCain Ready Baked Jackets £1.99
200g smoked salmon, cut into strips £2.28
150g half fat crème fraîche £0.77
50g creamed horseradish sauce £1.38
2tsp freshly chopped dill (optional) £0.80
salt and pepper

HOW TO COOK:

1. Follow the instructions on the pack to cook the jacket potatoes.

2. Mix the horseradish sauce and the crème fraîche. Season and add the dill. Drape the salmon over the cooked jackets and top with the dressing.
This dressing works well with smoked mackerel or freshly poached salmon.
